2 Stars Low End
The strips are cut too wide on this shredder. It works fine for the money but you get what you pay for.
5 Stars Got what I paid for…
Inexpensive and does the job – shreds my junk mail. Not into unidentifiable strips but easily discardable strips. The teeth are surprisingly strong – paper never gets stuck. The machine never overheats (a problem I had with other brands/models). Happy for what I paid.
1 Star this thing is junk
It keeps jamming even with just one page of newprint. Over heats then quits. Impossible to clean the blades, you can’t get at them. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!
4 Stars Good Product For The Price
This paper shredder is a great deal. It works well and shreds up to six papers at one time as advertised. The bin is kind of small and fills up quickly, but its a good paper shredder.
3 Stars Aurora Paper Shredder
The price is reasonable. When it is functioning it is fine. I have been problems the “auto” part, the actual shredding function, being erratic.
The central part, which activates shredding, is easily clogged up and I need to clean it out often. I am actually considering sending it back to the maker at this time.

5 Stars exactly as described
No trouble at all with performance or quality. Shipped on time. Very satisfied.
4 Stars Great, cheap shredder.
We had one of these for several years; it finally failed after chewing on a particularly large bunch of adhesive labels. My wife was very happy that the same model was still for sale, so we just bought another one. It’s very compact, inexpensive, and works great for our personal use (shredding old credit card statements etc.).
5 Stars super great
this is one of the best shreadders i have ever used.
I highlt recomend this shreadder. AAA+++
4 Stars P70CM Paper Shredder
I think it’s perfect for a small office. It doesn’t take a lot of space. Looks very nice. Words very well. And the price is right. I really like it.
1 Star This shredder is worthless!!!!!
After our first shredder died, we decided to try this one which is the cross shredder. It constantly jammed and we had to use tweezers to pull out the stuck pieces in the teeth before it would operate again. Now suddenly it has completely died. No amount of work on it will get it operating! Never again!

2 Stars Good shredder, but auto on/off mechanism broke quickly
This does an excellent job shredding, and can handle a pretty heavy load. It uses those heavy duty rotating steel teeth, not those little tiny spinning wheels on the cheaper models. However, after about 3 months of moderate use, the mechanism that detects something being put in the shredder, and activates the auto on and off stopped working. Now I have to manually turn the machine on before I shred and manually turn it off when I’m done. I can still use it, but it’s a pain and a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, for the price I would have given it 5 stars.
3 Stars Decent and worth the money
This is a very nice shredder. It jams occasionally, and the top is very heavy. But it does the job if you limit the number of sheets you do at one time, and overall, we have been more impressed with it than shredders we owned in the past.
2 Stars Not very good
I am far from impressed with this shredder. The automatic feed function broke the first month. Despite never feeding it more than 3 light sheets of paper or 1 heavy sheet of paper at a time and cleaning/oiling it monthly or more, it has died right before the 2 year point. In addition, the can portion is ridiculously small and the shredded paper constantly backs up and clogs the shredder.
2 Stars Can’t recommend this one
This shredder is a bit louder and more cumbersome than I was hoping for. It does shred just fine and never has jammed, but definitely has an industrial-strength whirring when it’s running. One major problem: the auto shutoff sensor quit working after about a month of use and now it runs continously until you switch it off. I’d rather have gotten a quieter unit with a larger wastebasket.
4 Stars Quite satisfied
So far so good. Heavy duty. Does make a windy sound when it shreds larger qauntities of papers. But overall pretty happy with product.

1 Star Beware Plastic Gears!
Fellowes uses plastic gears in some of their shredders such as the P400C-2. These will wear out (all the teeth broke off on mine) and they do not support replacement parts after 5 years.
1 Star This is piece of junk and expensive
I used this shredder for about a year and now it is broke (the inside plastic guide disintegrated). None of the advertised specs are accurate. It will not shred more than 2 psc of paper. It jams often & it is noisy. During this period I cut approximately 1000 pages, and paid for the shredder $60. This results in a cost of 6 cents per page!! This is the worst product, relative to it spec, I ever bought!!
1 Star If you want one, mine is in the dumpster
I hate this thing. One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. Can’t even handle ONE peice of paper without jamming. After struggling with it for months, I finally threw mine in the dumpster today, and came online to warn anyone else away from this. I’ll never buy a Fellowes product again.
1 Star Don’t waste your Money
This product is not worth the plastic it is made of. It doesn’t have the power to shread, stops shreading too fast, gets clogged very easily, and has to be put into reverse everytime you use it to clean prior to shreading. Same you money, don’t buy this product.
1 Star Can you give zero stars?
Everything in the previous reviews are accurate. This product is terrible. I spend more time trying to clear the jams than shredding. DO NOT BUY THIS!
